1. Ordering:

Goods are sourced/manufactured and engraved/etched to your instructions. A verbal order is legally binding but you are asked to confirm your order in writing by email or hard copies brought to the shop with email being the preferred method.

2. Turnaround Time:

Standard stock items are normally processed and collated within 5-10 working days of order confirmation depending on complexity of order.
Bespoke items and large orders are subject to a longer lead time which will be outlined during the order process. These vary depending on the trophy supplier selected and type of trophies required.

3. Samples:

Samples which are manufactured for you and/or personalised: if no order is made, artwork, set-up, production and delivery costs will be charged.
Non personalised samples of items:  these must be returned at your cost and risk to avoid incurring an invoice.

4. Pricing:

A guideline price is available within most of the trophy catalogues which does not include the costs of engraving and personalisation. We realise most orders are unique and will be priced once your requirements, including the engraving instructions are known. As stated on the written quotation you will receive, these prices will be valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation.

5. Product Care:

Great care is taken to source the highest quality products but incorrect cleaning can cause damage to some items such as Silver or Nickle plated items. To get the best results we recommend you only use Silver Polish to clean such items along with any metal trophy. We personally use Goddard’s Silver Polish and recommend following the instructions on the packaging for the best results.

6. Faults and Returns:

Genuine faulty returns will be replaced or credited.
Goods ordered incorrectly (size/colour/engraving) will not be replaced or credited.
Goods you have cleaned incorrectly or damaged by usage will not be replaced or credited.
We cannot guarantee exact colour matches from one order to the next as variations can occur as items are manufactured in batches and occasionally hand painted from manufacturers.

7. Delivery:

Delivery is available on request and will be made as soon as possible after your order is ready for dispatch, and to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you and you have paid in full for them, until such time any goods will remain the property of Kits 4 All Ltd.  Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Delivery of product will be charged according to size and weight and will usually be made via a recognized courier company.
Any shortage or non-delivery must be notified in writing within seven days.

8. Accounts:

All prices subject to confirmation when you order. We do not invoice on orders under £100.
Accounts may be settled by Cash, Cheque (payable to Kits 4 All Ltd), BACS transfer or Card payment. If a credit card is used then a surcharge may be made to cover the costs of charges made to us.

9. Retention of Title:

Until full payment has been made the goods remain the property of Planet Sports & Trophies/Kits 4 All Ltd and we reserve the right to withhold delivery or to reclaim the goods in the event of non-payment.

10. VAT

All trophy products are subject to standard rate Value Added Tax, this will be made clear on quotations and order confirmations.

11. Cancellation by you

To cancel your order you must notify us in writing.
You cannot cancel your order if the goods you have ordered have been personalised or manufactured specifically for you.
If we have already dispatched goods to you, you must send them back to us at your own cost and risk.  If we return stock items to wholesalers, we will pass on any re-stocking charge.

12. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we cannot obtain the stock to fulfil your order.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum received by us from you as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days.  We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

13. Liability

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing within 7 days of the date on which we advised they would be despatched.
Our only obligation will be, at your option:

  • to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
  • to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
  • to refund to you the amount paid by you for any goods that are damaged or defective

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses, and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
