Return and Refund Policy
NOTE: Personalised items can not be returned or refunded. If the product is damaged during delivery or is defective we can look to provide a replacement.
Please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order if you feel something that incorrect or damaged.
1. Returns
Defective or incorrect goods
We will accept returns if the item you purchased is defective or has been received incorrectly. We require you to notify us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods and provide us with full details of your complaint along with your sales order number. Please provide any photo evidence to info@planetsportsandtrophies.co.uk.
Goods ordered incorrectly (size/colour/engraving) will not be replaced or credited. Goods you have cleaned incorrectly or damaged by usage will not be replaced or credited.
We cannot guarantee exact colour matches from one order to the next as variations can occur as items are manufactured in batches and occasionally hand painted from manufacturers.
2. Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and providing the goods have been returned within a reasonable period and comply with our terms above, we will look to issue you a refund.
